Return Policy

While we hope you love your Detailed Threads pieces, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 14 business days of receiving your order. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return. 

Items purchased from any of our Signature Collections are FINAL SALE. Our signature collection pieces are printed custom on demand for each order and cannot be returned.

All items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. 

We do not offer exchanges.

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

Please email returns@detailedthreadsboutique.com to initiate a return. Please include your name and order number.

Please include the packing slip with your return. The packing slip is included in the bag with your purchase and has all of your information and order number on it. Please wrap your item neatly and in paper of some kind to protect the item. 

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 days for us to process your return. Once processed, your store credit will be emailed to you. 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at returns@detailedthreadsboutique.com and forward photos of any damage. 

Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.
